Organic Mutant

So I went ot the microcinema last night. This month’s show featured all-male filmmakers. (Next month’s event features all-female directors). It was awesome! Some films I liked better than others, of course, but overall the quality of product was quite high, intellectually stimulating and also very entertaining. One of the best was a series of creatively animated autobiographical/comic monologues that were so on point! All in all, highly recommended!

also, on sunday I saw Goldmember in Novato with Louella and her friend Heather. I really had no desire to see the film. But it was damn funny! I laughed harder than I have at any movie since Dumb and Dumber. That is a lot of movies.
