I try to eat right
I’m no vegan, and I have a sweet tooth. But I’ve managed to learn enough about nutrition - and I care enough about my long-term health - that my eating habits are pretty healthy. I avoid packaged foods, such as frozen meals, chips, canned soup and such, and I eat fresh vegetables, organic food, and low-fat meals as often as I can. Still, I was shocked - shocked! - to read about the 10 Foods You Should NEVER Eat! It’s hard to believe how much bad stuff some of these ‘foods’ contain. It just serves to remind me how little regard for their customers some big companies have, as anyone with a conscience and an understanding of nutrition would never devise these almost evil products. So read up and please, please! avoid eating these terrible foods.
