Listening to Jazz88 & they’ve got a lot of jazzy (no doy!) instrumentals going on, most with an x-mas theme. Feeling pretty okay, tho i’ve been sorta lo lately. That alsways seems to happen this time of year. There are about 45 days round the winter solstice where i am likely to be feeling “the weather outside is frightful & the fire inside is delightful” i.e. even if it is 65 degrees outside, i’d rather be inside under the blankets with a book. I think may have a slight sensitivity* to s.a.d. (seasonal affective disorder) in that this time of year is not full of joy for me and it takes lots of determination on my part to do things that normally are not so challenging. Needless to say i am looking forward to January 15th or so when my equilibrium will have, i predict, returned to more normal levels.

Sometime tho i do wonder at what subconcious hobgoblins make this time of year such a struggle…is it because Mom first got sick round this this time in ‘86 or cos of other things?
