(oopers, ending a sentence with a preposition! who cares? NOT me.)

disposed of detritus.
replaced damaged wood.
replaced plumbing.
installed new electrical, which increased the number of plugs in the house by 20%!
reframed the bathroom for new fixtures.
replace subfloor & tile boards.
ordered & received new tub and faucets.
ordered new bath cabinets.
