Organic Mutant

Pippety-pot top! Monday again — or ‘Moon-day’ as I am teaching Lucas to call it — & back into to the thick of it on the downhill into December, my least favorite time of the year. Today was meant to be another errand day, but the rains came and washed those plans away. Instead we sat on the sofa and watched the big trucks go by and then danced in the raindrops when they got big and splootchy. Lucas’ nap went from 10:10 to 12:12. Gotta love that symmetry. Then I read my book for book club and my head exploded because I haven’t read a book that intently for a very long time. I was trying to finish because we have book club on Wednesday (Windy-day) and I only got my paws on it today. Oops.
