the day after the day before

Recipe: Collard Greens
Clean one bunch of collard greens
Remove stems and cut in one inch strips
Boil in salted water for ten minutes
Drain in colander, rinse in cold water
Squeeze out excess water from greens
Saute 1 clove of garlic for one minute
Add greens to pan; add salt and pepper to taste
Saute for a few minutes and serve warm.
Yum.
