Oops. Gardening. While your description of it is delicious and beautiful, I still have deep seeded memories - per your allusions above - of the many many ... many days of: <ul> <li>moving rocks</li> <li>digging holes (to plant things in)</li> <li>moving rocks</li> <li>raking leaves</li> <li>moving rocks</li> <li>mowing lawns</li> <li>pulling weeds</li> <li>putting all the nasty dead stuff in big black plastic bags ... and ... </li> <li>moving rocks</li> </ul> Very little of my childhood 'gardening' experience entailed the sublime moments of zen-like peace among a soothing garden symphony such as that which the WeXachos have constructed. But <em>true</em> gardening - planting small flowers, herbs, or even seeds (!) and nurturing them and seeing them grow and bloom - now that is a magical and wonderful experience. And even I - soldier of the urban jungle - do look forward to one day having a garden of my own, just like you. May you always live in a home with yard free of rocks. Ah yes the joys of hardening.
